ITB# 1728 RMNC Air Handling Unit Upgrades

Description

The purpose of this project is to upgrade the air handling units serving the RMNC building at PSU.

Pre-Bid Conference

A mandatory video conference pre-bid meeting will be conducted via Zoom on August 23, 2024 at 10:00 am, local time. Bidders must pre-register on or before August 22, 2024 at 5:00 pm, local time in order to receive an invitation to this meeting. To pre-register, send an email to proposals@pdx.edu listing the ITB number, name of the attendee(s) along with their email address(es). A meeting invitation will then be sent to the provided email address(es). Only Bidders who have representatives at the meeting shall be allowed to bid.  Contracts Officer will document all attendees and issue an Addendum with the list after the meeting.

Prime Bidders or representatives who join the meeting more than 10 minutes after start of time of the video conference meeting (as stated in this solicitation and by PSU representative’s watch) or after the discussion portion of the meeting (whichever comes first) will not be permitted to submit a bid on the Project.

An optional site visit is scheduled for August 27, 2024 at 11:00 am to allow additional time for General Contractors and sub-contractors alike to access the building. Meeting place:  RMNC Lobby, 1600 SW 4th Avenue, Portland, OR 97201

All questions received during the bid period and during both the mandatory pre-bid meeting and the optional pre-bid site walk will be answered officially by addendum. Regardless of information discussed at the pre-bid meetings, bidders are cautioned that the official ITB requirements will be changed only by written addenda issued by PSU and posted on Bid Locker.
