Description
Portland State University’s Department of Environmental Science and Management (ESM) intends to purchase a Polaris Crew XP 1000 NorthStar Edition Ultimate (built with tracks) Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) from Beaverton Motorcycles as a sole source (“Sole Source”) due to special needs and qualifications and pursuant to PSU Standard 580-062-0020 (8)(a).
