Description
Through this Request for Proposals for Cost Consultant Services (the RFP), PSU is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide complete cost consulting services from schematics through the end of construction for the Project. This RFP and the Project will be administered and managed by PSU.

Pre-Proposal Conference
An optional video conference pre-proposal meeting will be conducted via Zoom on September 19, 2022 at 10:00 AM, local time. Vendors must pre-register on or before September 18, 2022 by 5:00 PM, local time to receive an invitation to this meeting. To pre-register, send an email to proposals@pdx.edu listing the RFP number and the name(s) of the attendee(s) along with their email address(es). A meeting invitation will then be sent to the provided email address(es).
Note: Do not wait until the day and time of the meeting to set up access to Zoom.
