Description
This ITB is for General Contracting services regarding the replacement of the existing 2.7 MW standby/emergency generator that provides backup power to Fourth Avenue Building (FAB), Engineering Building (EB) and the City Tower. Also included in this Project will be the replacement of the FAB roof and a portion of the City Tower roof.

Pre-Bid Conference
MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING
A mandatory video conference pre-bid meeting will be conducted via Zoom on June 16, 2021 at 10:00 am, local time. Bidders must pre-register on or before June 15, 2021 at 5:00 pm, local time to receive an invitation to this meeting. To pre-register, send an email to proposals@pdx.edu listing the name of the attendee(s) along with their email address(es). A meeting invitation will then be sent to the provided email address(es). Only Bidders who have representatives at the meeting shall be allowed to bid.
MANDATORY SITE VISITS
- All site visits will be scheduled for June 21-25, 2021
- Bidders must send an email to proposals@pdx.edu to schedule
- A 40-minute time slot will be assigned to each Bidder
- Bidders may have no more than five (5) individuals attend
- All attendees should meet outside the entrace door on the Harrison street side of FAB
- All attendees must wear PPE at all times during the site visitation. Attendees must provide their own PPE. PPE to include mask, gloves, ets. Attendees without proper PPE will not be allowed to attend.
