Description
NOTICE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY
Portland State University (“Owner”) is accepting electronic bids for the Richard & Maurine Neuberger Center (RMNC) Reroof (“Project”). Work shall take place at the Richard & Maurine Neuberger Center (RMNC) 1600 SW 4th Ave., Portland, OR 97201.
Owner is looking for a Roofing Company to bid the following work. Contractor shall replace the roof on the penthouse and main roof, provide new guardrails on the penthouse and main roof, and provide fall arrest and window washing tie offs per the attached drawings and specifications.
