NOTICE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY
Portland State University (“Owner”) is accepting electronic bids for the Campus Public Safety (CPS) Renovation (“Project”). Work shall take place at the Campus Public Safety (CPS), 633 SW Montgomery Street, Portland, OR 97201.
PSU is making improvements to the Campus Public Safety (CPS) building on campus in order to better utilize the space and to expand Campus Public Safety Office (CPSO) into areas of the building they were not previously occupying. The construction will be occurring while the building is occupied. The building was previously called the Koinonia House (K House or KHSE) so some documents might refer to the building as such.
