Description
NOTICE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY
Portland State University (“Owner”) is accepting electronic bids for the Chiller Replacement (“Project”).
Work shall take place at the Richard & Maurine Neuberger Center (RMNC), 1600 SW 4th Avenue, Portland, OR 97201.
Provide all services to replace the existing 150 ton chiller in PSU’s RMNC building. This includes purchase of chiller, demolition of existing chiller, and installation of the new chiller as shown on the mechanical, controls, electrical, and structural design drawings.
