NOTICE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY
Portland State University (PSU) (“Owner”) is accepting electronic bids for the Richard & Maurine Neuberger Center (RMNC) LED Retrofit (“Project”).
Briefly, the work includes the removal and proper disposal of existing fixtures as well as the pruchase and installation of new LED retrofit kits.
