Description
Sealed bids for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and services for the construction of the
Lents Commons Bike Shop Tenant Improvement (the “Work”) for Prosper Portland, the
economic development and urban renewal agency of the City of Portland, and 9101 Foster, LLC,
a single-member LLC owned wholly by Prosper Portland (“Owner”) will be received by Caleb
Comas, Procurement and Risk Analyst at 220 NW 2nd Avenue, Suite 200, Portland, Oregon
97209, until 2:00 PM local time on February 4, 2025. Bids received after this deadline will not
be considered. All bids received prior to the deadline will be publicly opened and read
immediately after the submission deadline at Prosper Portland’s office in the Commission
Meeting room located on the 1st floor at the address listed above.
Special Instructions
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on January 22, 2025, beginning at 1:00 PM at
the construction site location which is located in the Lents Commons building at 5859 SE 92nd
Avenue, Portland, Oregon. This pre-bid meeting will allow prospective bidders to see the site
and ask questions relating to bidding or constructing the work under this contract. A BIDDER’S
FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID MEETING WILL CAUSE ANY BID
SUBMITTED BY THAT BIDDER TO BE DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE AND THE BID
WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED.
