Description
Prosper Portland, the economic development and urban renewal agency for the City of Portland, requests competitive proposals from qualified and experienced event production companies to install, operate, and manage the Portland Winter Ice Rink for the 2024-2025 winter season. Prosper Portland intends to award one exclusive contract as a result of this RFP.

Pre-Proposal Conference
A voluntary pre-proposal meeting for this RFP will be held virtually on June 26, 2024, at 2:00pm via Microsoft Teams.
Prospective Proposers wishing to attend must email comasc@prosperportland.us at least two hours prior to the meeting to RSVP and request the Microsoft Teams invitation.
Additional information about the Pre-Proposal meeting is in Section 6.3 of the RFP.
