Description
Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP” or “Solicitation”), PROSPER PORTLAND, the urban and economic development agency for the City of Portland, Oregon, is seeking a qualified and experienced service provider to operate a BIPOC in Tech Program (the “Program”). The Program will support Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC)-founded tech firms in navigating access to customers and/or capital to better scale their businesses. This RFP intends to result in award of a grant subrecipient agreement (“Contract” or “agreement”).
