Description

The Stark Trunk Relief Structure-OF37/WZ-01, involves the new construction of an Overflow relief structure and combined sewer along SE 3rd Avenue between Stark Street and SE Washington Street. Work on this project is required to be completed in two distinct stages to minimize impact to vehicle traffic on SE Stark Street and SE 3rd Avenue. Additional requirements are included to minimize impacts to local businesses.
