Description

The City of Portland, Division of Asset Management, is seeking proposals from qualified individual(s), firm(s), team(s) or consultant(s), hereafter called Proposers, with demonstrated experience in projects of this type, size and complexity. The City proposes to engage the successful Proposer for the following services: architecture, landscape architecture, engineering or other professional services as required to accomplish the scope of work as described in Part I, Section B of this QBS-RFP.
