This RFP requires Proposers to provide detail on how they will establish a strategy and business plan in order to maximize revenue, control expenses, address diversity and equity in programs and administration, improve relations with Downtown businesses and organizations and provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience in the garages in all phases of the City revenue contract which will result from this RFP
