Description

The project will construct a new perimeter wall in the SW corner of the garage to reinforce the existing structure. In addition, the project will repair water damaged concrete and reinforcing steel on the ceiling of the garage. Temporary modifications to electrical and mechanical systems will be required for constructability. The bid documents also include an ad-alt to replace the waterproofing membrane in the plaza above the garage.
