The City of Portland, Water Bureau is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants, to review the PWBs in-house daily demand forecast model, recommend adjustments or alternative modeling tools, help train PWB staff to update PWBs 30-year demand forecast by early 2024, and provide as needed technical expertise.Attachments
