Reposting of City RFP 1313. The City had mislabeled the BAFO portion of RFP 1313 as optional. Reposting in order to receive the most advantageous number of proposals possible, and provide sufficient time for proposal submission through BuySpeed the City desires to give all proposers and potential proposers a chance to revise their proposals, or to submit new proposals.
