The Stakeholder Preparedness Review (SPR) is a self-assessment of the current capability levels against the targets identified in the Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (THIRA) updated in 2018 and 2019.The project aims to complete the 2020 SPR for the five-county Portland metropolitan region for FEMA by December 31, 2020.Attachments
