Description

The City seeks qualified Respondents to provide Heavy Highway Construction Services. Such Respondents must have demonstrable experience with managing road construction projects in dense urban environments. Such Respondents must also be familiar with both City and PennDOT construction standards and requirements. The City anticipates selecting and contracting with multiple Respondents.
