Description

The Water Department is seeking proposals through this RFP from qualified applicants to provide technical support and staff assistance to maintain and enhance PWD's stormwater billing database and associated applications. The successful applicant will have strong software and website development experience and demonstrated expertise in the following software/technologies: * Suite of ESRI products/technologies, including: ArcGIS for Desktop 10.5+, ArcGIS Server 10.5+ and/or ArcGIS Enterprise (Windows), ArcGIS Pro 2.X, ArcObjects and/or Python * Microsoft Windows Server & SQL Server * Microsoft IIS, .NET Core and C# * ReactJS
