Three-Step Evaluation and Award Process
Step One – Capability and Qualification Screening.
Only contractors whose submissions are deemed responsive and sufficiently qualified will be invited to participate in Step Two via Bidlocker to submit a proposal for Primary Contract Award Part A and or Secondary Contract Part B.
Step Two – Technical Proposal, Cost Submission Evaluation and Primary Contract Award.
Step Three – Technical Proposal, Cost Submission Evaluation and Secondary Contract Award
