Description
The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (“ITB” or “Solicitation”) is to obtain competitive Bids from qualified Contractors (Bidder) interested in the provision of Sylvania Campus Library and PAC Exterior Painting for Portland Community College.
Special Instructions
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on March 20, 2025, at 1:00 PM PM at Sylvania Campus, 12000 SW 49th Ave, Portland, OR 97219, Building: CSB room 316.
