REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Solicitation No: PCS24-003RFP

EMS: Honeywell & Distech Maintenance & Repair

SUMMARY

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (Solicitation) is to obtain competitive Proposals from qualified Proposers interested in the provision of Energy Management Systems (EMS): Honeywell and Distech Maintenance and Repair for Portland Community College.

This Solicitation will result in a public works contract subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875.  The applicable Prevailing Wage Rates are the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon effective July 5, 2023 and the Prevailing Wage Rate Amendments effective October 5, 2023.  The work will take place in Multnomah, Washington, and Columbia County, Oregon.

No Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for this Solicitation.

Interested Proposers must submit a Proposal pursuant to the provisions of this Solicitation to Michael Mathews, Director of Procurement & Contracting, or designee, via Portland Community College’s BidLocker page: https://bidlocker.us/a/pcc/, NOT LATER THAN:

SOLICITATION DUE DATE AND TIME (CLOSING):

March 12, 2024 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time

LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Timely submitted Proposals will be opened in public immediately after Closing at the following address, 722 SW 2nd Ave, Portland , OR 97204. The name of the proposer and the contents of the proposals will not be disclosed to the public until all proposals have been evaluated, negotiations completed if required, and a recommendation for Award has been published.

Proposers are solely responsible for ensuring that Portland Community College receives its Proposal.
