Description

Portland Community College (PCC), is accepting proposals to support College programs and Marketing to increase access to and enrollment of underrepresented target populations high school Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways, Portland Area CTE Consortium (PACTEC) seeks district-specific research to inform recruiting communication strategies for up to 10 programs of study in 8 area school districts.
