Description

The College is seeking information from developers regarding the potential construction of affordable housing on College-owned property, as identified in Exhibit A (identified as “Affordable Housing” space). The College is contemplating the lease of the property with no expectation of additional contribution by the College to construction or to management services following construction.  



Special Instructions

The issuance of this RFI does not obligate the College to issue an ITB or RFP for the services described.
