Description
Provide printing, binding, and mailing services for Portland Community College’s Communities Magazine and Community Education class catalog in strict accordance with the specifications and requirements contained in the Solicitation Documents.
Special Instructions
Proposals are to be submitted via Bidlocker. Physical print samples are required to be hand-delivered or mailed in accordance with the instructions provided in the Solicitation.
