Pre-Proposal Site Visit Information
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held in person at Metro Central Transfer Station located at 6161 NW 61st Ave, Portland, OR 97210 on January , 28th 2026 at 10:00 a.m.. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements. RSVP required via BidLocker. If there are no RSVPs, the pre-proposal meeting will not be held.
Attendees should enter the facility at the second entrance off of 61st Ave. See map in the RFP document.
