ITB 4535 MRC Apotheker Plaza Landscaping

Description

Metro is seeking bids from qualified and experienced firms to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for landscaping and irrigation installation scope at Metro Regional Center, complete with all work incidental to or necessary for satisfactory completion of the work shown in the attached construction documents, including but not limited to:

• Installation of landscape within existing on-structure rooftop planters, including:
• Import of specified soils
• Soil preparation and grading
• Installation of plant material.
• Installation and/or retrofit of existing irrigation system.

Pre-Bid Meeting

A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on November 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Metro Regional Center, 600 NE Grand Ave., Portland, OR 97232, in the plaza if dry weather, or in the Metro lobby if raining. Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.
