Description
· Technical Assistance support for contractors to satisfy the requirements of the Regional Workforce Equity Agreement (RWEA) on Covered Projects. This can include, but is not limited to:
- § Meeting healthcare requirements
- § Securing bonding
- § Meeting high road contractor requirements
- § Educating subcontractors
- § Developing and/or delivering respectful workplace programming
- § Becoming a BOLI-registered training agent
- § Administrative support
- § Necessary business support
- § Other RWEA-related technical support
Special Instructions
Proposal Writing Coaching
For this RFP, Metro offers free coaching for interested COBID firms. The coaching will be done by a contractor of Metro’s choice. The coaching will be a 30 – 60 minute session about writing a proposal in general. Any interested firms must communicate that interest by 2:00 pm on October 13, 2025 to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov. Metro staff will be in touch to connect you with the contractor for scheduling.
