Description
Metro is inviting bids for water system improvements at Oxbow Regional Park.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, installing a new well pump, installing a new prefabricated water treatment building along with all associated equipment, infrastructure, and site drainage, installing a new storage tank and all associated infrastructure, and installing a new potable water distribution system to serve the Welcome Center and other areas of the park. Existing service lines will be disconnected and capped. Contract will test and disinfect the new water system in accordance with Oregon Health Authority standards.

Pre-Bid Conference Information
Pre-Bid Meeting
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on April 8, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Oxbow Regional Park’s Welcome Center (3010 SE Oxbow Pkwy, Gresham, OR 97080). Interested bidders and subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.
