Description
Metro, acting by and through the appointed Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission (MERC), is requesting proposals for Meeting Facilitation Services for the Oregon Convention Center. Oregon Convention Center (OCC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide expert facilitation services that support OCC staff in planning, designing, and conducting effective meetings. Facilitators will help teams collaborate efficiently, improve communication, and navigate complex decision-making processes.
Services will be provided on an as-needed basis and may include:
- Meeting Design and Facilitation
- Process Consultation
- Collaboration and Team Engagement
- Complex Multi-Participant Engagement
- Coaching for Internal Facilitation

Pre-Proposal Conference Information
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held via Zoom on April 3, 2025 at 1:00 pm. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements.
