Description
Metro requires repair, maintenance, testing and inspection services for fire and life safety equipment. Services are required at the Metro Regional Center (MRC) and the first floor of the adjacent Irving Street parking garage, 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland OR 97232. The Metro Regional Center also includes a Daycare facility that is considered part of the MRC and part of this scope.
Pre-Bid Meeting
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on March 6, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the Metro Regional Center Building, 600 NE Grand Ave., meet in lobby.

March 19, 2025 at 2:30 p.m.
Join us for an in-depth workshop designed to equip COBID-certified and -eligible contractors with the essential skills and knowledge needed to effectively respond to Metro's Invitation to Bid Metro ITB 4409 MRC Fire and Life Safety Systems.

This workshop is meant to help contractors understand Metro's bidding process and be prepared to submit for the above ITB. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the requirements and best practices for preparing competitive bids that meet Metro's standards and specifications.
Get 1:1 guidance from our consultant on how to level up your bid writing skills to win a contract. Interested COBID certified firms will receive free 60 minutes of 1:1 coaching from our contractor. This training is scheduled for March 19th from 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm online.
