Description
Metro is seeking proposals from qualified Software Developers and Implementation Partners to deliver a modern, cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution tailored to meet the evolving need of our organization. At a minimum, the new system will replace our core financial and Human Resources/ Payroll platforms. Additionally, we aim to elevate and modernize other critical business processes (such as procurement and scheduling) to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service delivery.
Metro wants to transition to a SaaS-based ERP solution that offers robust reporting and analytic capabilities and improves system integrations, especially with our venue-specific software. The solution must be robust enough to support our complex workforce, including features capable of managing variable hour employees who work multiple jobs across multiple unions. We are particularly interested in leveraging mobile-enabled self-service tools to empower employees and managers, streamline administrative tasks, and improve user experience.

Special Instructions
Notice is hereby given that proposals for RFP 4428 for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software and Implementation Services: Financial, Human Capital Management (HCM)/Payroll System Replacement shall be received by Metro until the time indicated in this BidLocker posting.
It is the sole responsibility of the Proposer to ensure that Metro receives the Proposal by Closing. All late Proposals shall be rejected. Proposers shall review all instructions, terms and conditions.
Proposers are to complete and submit the following list of exhibits as a part of responding to this RFP. Exhibits should be completed and submitted as individual documents including any requested attachments. Proposer shall ensure that the correct naming convention is used for each document.

The submission must be uploaded prior to Closing. As a precaution, Metro strongly recommends beginning the upload and finalization process at least one day prior to Closing to ensure the deadline is met. Proposals must be submitted electronically in Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office (Word or Excel) format. Proposers should make every attempt to not exceed 200 pages.
Proposals will not be considered if received after Closing.
