Pre-Quote Conference

A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Portland, OR 97232 on Wednesday November 6, 2024 at 8:30 am. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFQ requirements. We will meet in the MLK Lobby, main entrance (intersection of MLK and Oregon Street).
