Pre-Quote Conference
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at 777 NE Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd, Portland, OR 97232 on Monday, September 30, 2024 at 9:00 am. Please meet in the MLK Lobby, MLK Blvd and Oregon Street intersection. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFQ requirements and ask questions.
