Description
Metro, acting by and through the appointed Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission (MERC), is requesting proposals for Two Way Radio Service for the Oregon Convention Center.
Over the course of the resulting contract from this RFP, in addition to maintaining the current system, OCC will be seeking to upgrade, expand, and otherwise improve the system to ensure a high-level of operation into the future.

Pre-Proposal Conference
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at 777 NE Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd, Portland, OR 97232 on September 16, 2024 at 11:00 am. Please meet in the MLK Lobby, MLK Blvd and Oregon Street intersection. There is a Zoom link listed in the solicitation document for a remote option however, interested proposers are encouraged to attend in person for the site tour. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements.
