ITB 4346 OCC Front of House Public Safety

Description

Metro is inviting bids for OCC Front of House Public Safety for the Oregon Convention Center.

Phase 1 – OCC Administrative Offices: Remodel of the OCC’s administrative staff space to create a new kitchenette break room and Guest Experience storage closet.

Phase 2 – Public Safety: Remodel of the current Guest Experience space to create offices, locker/changing area and bathroom, and security camera viewing room for the OCC’s Department of Public Safety (DPS).

Phase 3 – Parking & Dock Office: Remodel of the current back-of-house DPS offices to refresh finishes and create new work area for OCC Parking & Dock staff.

Pre-Bid Conference

Pre-Bid Meeting

A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on August 20, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the Oregon Convention Center’s main entry located on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd (Google Maps link).  Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.
