Description
The City of Portland and the Portland’5 Centers for the Arts (P5) have identified structural, accessibility, operational, and guest comfort challenges with the Keller Auditorium and are exploring options to remedy these challenges. Options include renovation on the current site and building new on an alternate site.
Metro, acting by and through the appointed Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission (MERC), is inviting bids for the Keller Auditorium Future Project Cost Estimate Consultant for Portland’5 Centers for the Arts.
Special Instructions
For this RFP, Metro offers free coaching for interested COBID firms. The coaching will be done by a
contractor of Metro’s choice. The coaching will be a 30 – 60 minute session about writing a
proposal in general. Any interested firms must communicate that interest by 2:00 pm on
February 7, 2024 to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov. Metro staff will be in touch to connect you
with the contractor for scheduling.
