Description
Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop a Southwest Corridor commercial space strategy to provide interventions in the demand and supply side of both the real estate market and entrepreneur/small business market that will increase equitable outcomes as the result of impacts from public investments that change the nature of the neighborhood economy.

2nd MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference
A 2nd MANDATORY pre-proposal conference will be held at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland OR 97232 Room MRC 228 on January 29, 2024, at 2:00 pm. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements. Any firm proposing as a prime contractor on this work MUST attend this meeting. This meeting is being held in-person at Metro with a Zoom connection available for those that are not able to attend in-person. People are encouraged to attend in person to be able to better network with potential proposal partners – COBID firms and CBOs in particular.
