Description
Metro is inviting bids for Brookwood Demolition for the Parks and Nature department.The Contractor shall demolish and legally dispose of the structures, construction materials, appliances, furniture, trash, fencing, concrete, asphalt, gravel, and all items described in the scope of work at 1419 SE Brookwood Ave, Hillsboro, OR 97123.

Pre-Bid Conference
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on January 4, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at 1419 SE Brookwood Ave, Hillsboro, OR 97123.
Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.
