Description
Metro and the Oregon Convention Center is seeking consulting proposals to undertake a crucial project focused on fostering opportunities for clients hosting diverse group events. This initiative aims to engage in community conversations, gather valuable insights, and develop an actionable plan to address barriers and enhance inclusivity at our venue. We welcome qualified consultants or individuals who are passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion to join us in this important endeavor.
Special Instructions
For this RFP, Metro offers free coaching for interested COBID firms. The coaching will be done by a contractor of Metro’s choice. The coaching will be a 30 – 60-minute session about writing a proposal in general. Any interested firms must communicate that interest by 2:00 pm September 11, 2023 to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov. Metro staff will be in touch to connect you with the contractor for scheduling.

Pre-Proposal Conference
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held on September 6, 2023, at 3:00 PM. Interested parties may attend in person at 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland, OR, or via Zoom, link in RFP document. Interested proposers are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements.
