Metro is inviting bids for Matzke Property Demolition for the Parks and Nature department.

The Contractor shall demolish and legally dispose of the structures, construction materials, appliances, furniture, trash, fencing, concrete, asphalt, gravel, and all items described in the scope of work at the above listed address.

The contractor is responsible for obtaining Multnomah County Right of Way Permit which requires traffic control plans and certificate of liability insurance. See Exhibit B in the scope of work. The Contractor is responsible for any traffic control required to complete the work described in the scope of work.

Pre-Bid Conference

A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on August 21, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at 26445 SE Cochran Rd., Gresham, OR 97030. Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.
