ITB 4194 MCS Concrete Slab Replacement

Description

The project consists of the removal and replacement of several areas of concrete slab, located around the exterior or Metro Central Transfer Station.  The actual square footage will be determined just prior to construction start for each area based on square foot unit prices for that specific area.   See Attachment B  of solicitation document for approximate size and location of concrete slab replacement areas.

The concrete slabs vary between 12 inches and 16 inches thick, and some areas have rebar or welded wire fabric reinforcement.

Pre-Bid Conference

A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at Metro Central Transfer Station located at 6161 NW 61st, Portland OR  97209 on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at 9:00 A.M.  Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the ITB requirements.   Bidder should bring personal PPE, including hard hats, safety vests and close toed shoes.  Attendees shall park in the gravel lot past the second (commercial vehicle) entrance.
