Description
Metro requests bids for Steam, Wetland, and Upland Restoration Projects. This is Step One of a Two Step Invitation To Bid process (ITB). Step One is a prequalification step for one or more projects. Only those Bidders who prequalify will be able to participate in Step Two. Multiple Step Two requests will be issued following this ITB in calendar years 2023 through 2025. Additional details for restoration projects can be found below under Section 1 project scopes.

Firms that are prequalified and respond to Step Two ITBs will be required to contact all COBID firms that attend this meeting to solicit them if the prime contractor plans to subcontract work that COBID firm purports to do. COBID firms that might be interested in subcontracting opportunities are strongly encouraged to attend.
