Description

Metro is requesting proposals for operation of Glendoveer Golf and Tennis facility (“Glendoveer”) for the Parks and Nature Department. Proposals will be due as indicated on the RFP cover page. Glendoveer provides high-quality, affordable, and accessible golf and tennis experiences in a natural setting, where members of the public can experience nature close to home while golfing and playing tennis. The successful proposer(s) must meet the minimum qualifications described herein and deliver quality customer service and value for visitors participating in golf and associated activities. These operations are structured to provide sufficient revenues to maintain and enhance golf infrastructure, support environmentally sound grounds maintenance practices and earn recognition for contributions to the community’s well-being.
