Description
Metro, is requesting proposals for on-call sign design, planning and fabrication services for the MERC Venue and Metro properties.
Pre-Proposal Conference
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held on May 4, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. (PST) via zoom.

Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference to gain information about the RFP requirements.
Proposal Writing Coaching
For this RFP, Metro will pay for one-on-one coaching for interested COBID firms. The coaching will be done by a contractor of Metro’s choice. The coaching will be a 30 to 60 minute session about writing a proposal in general. Any interested firms must communicate that interest by 2:00 pm on May 19, 2023 to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov. Metro staff will be in touch to connect you with the contractor for scheduling.
