RFQu 4176 Oregon Convention Center (OCC): Public Safety Front of House Programming and Design Services

Description

OCC intends to contract with one architectural firm capable of providing a team to provide the full suite of required services for this project. The team should include mechanical, electrical structural, plumbing as well as a qualified security consultant that possesses significant experience to design security solutions to integrate into OCC’s existing access control systems (S2), and video surveillance systems (Qognify Ocularis VMS) for new and retrofit projects.

For purposes of this RFQu, the Architectural firm shall have the ability to lead a qualified, multi discipline team of professionals providing planning, design and construction management for the projects outlined. Responding firms must be licensed to practice within the state of Oregon. Respondents must provide evidence, within the RFQu response, including individual resume information describing qualifications and experience for each of the areas of expertise.

Pre-Proposal Conference

A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd on Wednesday April 26^th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFQu requirements.
