Description
Metro and MERC intend to contract with firms capable of providing design ideas and input on various projects throughout Metro facilities and properties. The Contractor will be requested to provide a broad range of services either directly or through subcontractors.
Disciplines may include but are not limited to:
· Architectural Design
· Space Planning
· MEP consulting
· Structural Engineering
· Architectural Lighting Design
· Associated services.
Projects in the queue that may be requested for design services include Restroom Planning and Design, Office Space Planning and Design, Meeting Space Planning and Design, Food & Beverage Space Planning and Design and future Roof Replacement. Additional design services will be initiated by Metro as funding and timing are available.
