RFQu 4151 Conditions Assessment and Design Services for the Roof Replacement at Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall

Description

Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide roof replacement design solutions for use with bidding and construction that include the following:  Complete all steps as listed in the document to study, recommend, design, prepare all documentation required for bidding and construction administration to replace the roof on the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall.

Pre-Proposal Conference

A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at ASCH located at 1037 SW Broadway, Portland OR  97205 on April 18 at 10:00 a.m. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFQu requirements.  The meeting will begin in front of the building under the marquee.
