Description
Metro is inviting bids to renovate, or refresh, the Adminstration Building at the Oregon Zoo.
Addendum 1 includes pre-bid walkthrough attendance, questions and answers, mark up drawing for drop boxes L-200 from EdCenter_Debris, record drawings; Admin Building As-Built Drawings (1986), 2016 HVAC, 2022 HVAC.

Pre-Bid Conference
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all prime and sub-contractors at the Oregon Zoo, 4001 SW Canyon Rd., Portland, OR 97221. We will be meeting at the Education Center entry located at Gate E. Park in the public lot and walk over.
